Are you insured?

I will be obtaining insurance within a few weeks


Are you bonded?

No. After researching & speaking with different insurance agents, I found that a bond wasn't appropriate for my business situation.


What is your service area?

Do you offer overnight sitting?

At this time overnight sitting is not available.


Do you have a back-up plan in case you get ill or are in some way unable to care for my pet?

Yes. Providing at least 1 emergency contact will ensure that if something happens, I will have an extra contact on hand. In any case that I am not able to get to your home, I will also call any cell phone numbers that are provided.


Do you have a contingency plan in case of inclement weather or a natural disaster?

A limited service area will ensure the care of your pets, even in inclement weather, unless traveling is unsafe. In the case of dangerous weather, both you & your emergency contact (if provided) will be advised of the situation & care for your pets will be provided as soon as it is safe. In the event of a natural disaster, you will be contacted as soon as possible & your pets will be checked on when it is safe to do so.


What will you do if my pet has a health emergency?

If using your regular veterinarian is not an option and depending on your exact location, there are several 24-hour emergency vets in the city. Please note that owners are responsible for all medical bills.
